联系：privacy@palmrd.com。
Basic website statistics
The server derives coarse OS/browser categories from ordinary page and installer requests. Dedicated records contain time, request category and predefined OS/browser categories, but no IP, full User-Agent, account/device identifier or referrer. OS versions are unknown. There are no analytics cookies, persistent IDs, third-party analytics or extra client reporting requests. Local compatibility hints are not sent back. Requests with DNT or GPC are excluded. Records remain on Tencent Cloud Nanjing with a seven-day rotation window, subject to successful cleanup; they are not added to account backups or linked to accounts. Daily counts are requests, not unique users or successful installations, and downloads can include retries/ranges. Infrastructure processes connection addresses to serve requests.
New Mac builds send best-effort first-launch and first-WebRTC-connection milestones automatically. Reports contain only the event, app version, major macOS version and CPU category. Dedicated statistics logs exclude IP addresses, full headers, accounts, device names and identifiers, and rotate over seven days. Local attempt flags suppress repeats across upgrades. Preference deletion or migration affects counts. No account credentials or cookies are sent; failures do not interrupt use and are not retried. Missing reports are unknown, not failed installations. A connected transport does not prove successful screen viewing or input.
