Delete your PalmRD account

Third-party sign-in testing: Apple/Google sign-in is not enabled in the production service. The third-party sign-in provisions below apply only to tests where this feature is actually authorized and enabled. Provider configuration or installing an update does not make sign-in available. Participation is optional; existing email sign-in rules remain unchanged.

You do not need your original computer online or to revoke access on your Mac first.

1. In the app, open Account & Security → Delete account, reauthenticate with your current password for an email/password account, or with an already linked provider for a passwordless account in an authorized test, review the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
2. Alternatively, use the existing HTTPS self-service deletion page. This email-code option requires an available contact email on the account. A third-party account without one must use in-app reauthentication and deletion or contact the privacy mailbox for verified assistance. Verify your email with a deletion-only code, check the permanent-deletion confirmation and submit. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Never share them with support or anyone else. Merely receiving a message does not delete the account; ignore unrequested messages.

Online deletion removes the account, sessions, control devices, invitations, authorizations, quotas and usage held in the online account database and releases host ownership. It cannot undo completed remote actions or erase computer files, local preferences, text history, Keychain items or system backups. Manage independent manual-connection credentials on the relevant device. Offline computers and existing connections may take time to lose access.

Deletion in authorized third-party sign-in tests also removes the sign-in association and queues provider revocation. Necessary identifiers, account associations and encrypted credentials may remain until success is confirmed. Failed exchange records, revocation digests and some safety receipts lack complete automatic expiry; see the privacy notice for the boundaries. This does not authorize indefinite retention. Deleting PalmRD does not delete your Apple/Google account. Unlinking a method or revoking provider access does not delete PalmRD, and external revocation may not immediately sign out PalmRD.

The developer-operated relay ledger retains account-linked identifiers, mixed cumulative network usage, qualification state and necessary integrity and recovery records to prevent rollback. Ordinary online account deletion does not automatically remove these records, and automatic age-based deletion for them is not yet implemented. Mixed network usage includes protocol and operations traffic; it does not represent click counts or exact user actions. Managed regular backups use a seven-day rolling window subject to successful cleanup. Deletion/revocation safety records, host identities, revocation receipts, some historical logs, rollback copies and mail are not immediately erased. Some automatic expiry remains incomplete during testing; not every copy is guaranteed to disappear within seven days. See the privacy notice.

If you cannot use these options, email privacy@palmrd.com with the account email (if any), sign-in method and problem, but no password or code. A displayed sender address alone does not prove ownership. Support mail does not trigger automatic deletion; we will explain necessary identity checks.
